SHIPPING & RETURNS
When you check out, you will be given a variety of shipping options via USPS or UPS to choose from (applicable charges will apply). We process our orders Monday - Friday. We try to ship the same business day or the next business day after we receive an order if possible. Orders outside of the USA: Please be aware that if you choose certain shipping methods that you may be charged extra taxes or fees for bringing items in through customs. These fees are not set by us and we have no control over them. We also cannot estimate these fees. If you would like to find out what you might be charged, please contact the shipping company or your local postal office before submitting your order.
Return & Exchange Policy
First things first, we appreciate your business and want you to be totally happy with your purchase.

We realize every return is different and we want to handle it that way, below are our guidelines.
We honor a 14 day return window on all new items.
If you feel the need to return an item, it must be in resalable condition. Resalable Condition means that the product(s) is in exactly the same condition as it was when you received it. The item must have all the original packaging, included accessories owner’s manuals and blank warranty card, no sign of wear or abuse.
Used and Vintage Gear
We honor a 3 day return window on all used and vintage items.
All our used gear is tested for functionality prior to being available for purchase and therefore only carries a 3 day approval period. If you are would like to make a return just let us know within the 3 day window.
Damaged or Defective Items:
We visually inspect all items before shipment. If you believe you have received a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately so we can work through the issue. Guitars, basses, and other equipment returned to us with pick marks, "buckle-rash", or any other damage or evidence of use may be subject to a 20% restocking fee, repair charge or disqualification of return. All items must be returned to us in the same condition they were when shipped to qualify. We reserve the right to refuse any return if we determine the item has been misused, modified or damaged by the purchaser. If the item turns out not be defective upon inspection we will have to deduct the cost of shipping from your return credit.
You will be responsible for the shipping charge for the return of your item, and if your item qualified for Free shipping on its way to you, this shipping charge will also be deducted from your refund. If your item is determined to be defective, we will pay the shipping charge, equivalent to ground service.
If you are ready to return your purchase, please call Dave at 970-625-1118 during business hours, or email us at with the Subject line RETURN AUTHORIZATION for a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions before sending any items back to us.
We will issue a complete refund of the merchandise price if the item(s) are within 14 days of our original shipping date for new products and 3 days from receiving date on used items. Remember, If you received free ground shipping, the cost of the outbound shipping will be deducted from your return credit. The outbound shipping costs are free to you but unfortunately they are not free to us. The customer is responsible for all shipping costs on items being returned to us for credit. Please use a trackable shipping method , such as FedEx, USPS or UPS to insure your credit is processed as rapidly as possible. We recommend insuring your package when shipping it back, just in case any damage occurs in transit.
How to Return an Item
All new item returns must be in resalable condition. The product must be in the exact same condition as it was when you received it. The item must have all the original packaging, included accessories, owner’s manuals, and blank warranty card, with no sign of wear or abuse. In the event that the product is not in the same condition as you received it, you may be subject to a 20% restocking fee, repair charge or possible disqualification of return.
When repacking the item to be shipped back to us, please take as much care when packing the item for return as was taken to send it
When repacking the item to be shipped back to us, please avoid using any adhesive directly on the return item itself. If the item(s) were double boxed please ship it back to us double boxed. Freight charges for exchanges and returns must be pre-paid by the customer. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

Custom orders, Sheet Music, Strings, Microphones, Headphones, Earbuds, Speakers, Books, Clothing or Apparel.
